1. Booking Agreement

By booking with Toubkal Trekking Morocco, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. A booking becomes confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

2. Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance payable before or upon arrival in Morocco unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the itinerary and season. Cancellation fees may apply for late notice. Refunds are not provided for unused services once a trek has started.

4. Changes to Itineraries

Weather conditions, safety concerns, or local regulations may require route or schedule changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries to ensure participant safety.

5. Fitness & Health

Participants must ensure they are physically fit for high-altitude trekking and inform us of any medical conditions before departure. We recommend consulting a doctor prior to travel.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering trekking activities and emergency evacuation is mandatory for all clients.

7. Responsibility & Risk

Mountain trekking involves inherent risks including altitude sickness, weather changes, and rough terrain. By participating, you accept these risks.

8. Authority of Guides

Our certified mountain guides have full authority to make decisions regarding route changes, turn-around times, or trip termination for safety reasons.

9. Personal Equipment

Clients are responsible for providing appropriate personal gear unless otherwise arranged. Equipment lists are available upon request.

10. Liability

Toubkal Trekking Morocco is not liable for loss, injury, delays, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural events or third-party services.

11. Photography & Media

We may use photos or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless clients request otherwise in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
