The trek finishes in the famous mountain village of Imlil, the gateway to Mount Toubkal, where your adventure concludes after four unforgettable days of trekking in the Atlas Mountains.

Tour Plan

After your breakfast at your accommodation in Marrakech or in the area of Ouirgane, the Mules are already waiting for us,and Guide, we start our full day hike, passing by different landscapes. Half-way we will stop having a lunch-picnic and then we continue our way to today’s destination to Assif-Izgzaoun at an altitude of 1900m.
We will spend the night in a local family home. Overnight on half-board.

We will start after breakfast our way to Tizgui (1900m) – ascending the summit of Mt. Assaka (2200m) and then descend towards the Goudafa (Tizgui) valley.
Lunch-picnic. The night we will spend in a local house. Overnight on half-board.

The way from Tizgui to Tizi Oussem leads us to the pass of Tougdalt (2800m), also called the “Mount of Winds”. Our way runs through a beautiful forest of junipers and we have the chance to see nomads, who left their families to spend the summer away from home to feed their animals in Tizi Oussem we spend the night in a guesthouse

After having enjoyed a berber breakfast with local bread and olive oil we start the waterfalls of Tamsoult, having also lunch there. Here we change to the Azzaden-Valley, also called the ‘Valley of the 1000 colors. walk thru fragrant juniper forests to Tizi Mzik at 1889m. and then will arrive in Imlil, our final destination.
